Byline: Emma Davison ,

A council highways spokesman said: "We are looking into this man's claim."He has more than five years' driving experience, and had never previously been involved in a road accident.Mr Kerans's car has had thousands of pounds spent on it, and it was professionally restored and resprayed last year. The car is off the road and cannot be driven due to the combined engine and suspension damage.Mr Kerans, who is studying for a BSc in European logistics management at Huddersfield University, said: "I was completely shocked at what happened. It felt like I was going over a dozen speed bumps. The 2006 Nissan Titan is available in King Cab and Crew Cab body styles, each available with a standard 305 horsepower 5.6-liter DOHC V8 and a choice of 4x4 and 4x2 drive. He wants the council to compensate him for the damage."My journey time will now be doubled. This incident has caused a real inconvenience for me.""With its powerful engine, rugged frame and innovative utility systems, the Nissan Titan provides a great foundation for developing special concept editions such as the Titan Onyx," said Brad Bradshaw, vice president and general manager, Nissan Division. "We know that there are buyers looking for more attitude, presence and upscale appearance - trucks that, like this Onyx Concept, offer distinction from other vehicles on the road."You're having a laugh, Holly ....He claims there were no warning signs or any indication that tree surgeons had been trimming trees along the road that day. After he stopped he called the police, who said the area was unsafe and blocked off the road while it was swept clear. He said the police told him that had he been travelling on a motorcycle, the accident could have been fatal. The Aussie, who put a smile on all our faces when she quit Britain after her chart career hit the skids, has been spotted spending the festive season with her folks in Melbourne. You go, girl! His valance was damaged, with two smashed fog lamps, a large crack in the fibreglass and it was covered in scratches. The oil sump was punctured, causing the engine to lose oil pressure."I rely on the car as my only source of transport, especially late at night when the local bus service has stopped running," he said.Inside, the Titan Onyx features black interior trim, "satin" gauge bezels, embroidered floor mats, aluminum brake and accelerator pedals and special accents on the steering wheel and head restraints."Leaving the debris there is irresponsible. I believe that road safety is not the council's priority."
